Now THAT’S a profile!
I’m Sarah — friends call me “Sare,” as in “Sare don’t scare.”
Some people think I’m difficult. I prefer direct. I call things as I see them, and yes, it throws people.
I’m an INTJ — no one’s ever accused me of being the life of the party, but my humor has teeth. It bites sometimes.
Everyone says they have a “quirky” sense of humor. Most are kidding themselves. They laugh at things because everyone else does. Real wit cuts deeper; it surprises you into thinking. That’s my kind.
They say the most erogenous zone is the mind. I believe that. I couldn’t be attracted to Brad Pitt if he were dumb as a brick… although, okay, maybe there’s a small exemption clause for Brad.
What matters is intellect — curiosity. I don’t care how buff you are, what you drive, or whether you’ve posed with a fish. I want someone who can talk about anything, who listens as well as he argues.
Some men find that intimidating. Fine. I’m not going to play dumb to make anyone comfortable. I want a partner who can be #1 in my life, but he can’t be if he’s BORING! BORING! BORING!
I’m not looking for a clown to entertain me. I want depth — intellectual, emotional, physical. Someone who sees beyond the obvious and lives in the world of ideas.
I feel a little sad for people who can’t handle real conversation. They’d rather “Netflix and chill” while the world spins on mute. I can’t do that. There’s too much in my head — too much I still want to learn and feel.
So yes — I’m drawn to INTJs, INFJs, INFPs, and INTPs. The deep thinkers. The ones more at home in a museum than at a tailgate party. There’s nothing wrong with that world — it’s just not mine.
I know this might sound cold, but it’s not. I love my work, my friends, my family, my dog. Of course I do. What freak of nature doesn’t?
But you’re not here to meet them.
You’re here — I hope — because you want to meet me.
So tell me this: Ginger or Mary Ann — and why?
