MagneticMatch (“MagneticMatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a dating platform operated by Brass Tacks
Design, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information and explains rights under applicable United States, United Kingdom, and European Union privacy laws.

Account information: email addresses, account identifiers, registration and authentication information.
Profile information: names or display names, age, gender, location, personality type, photographs, personal descriptions, relationship preferences, and other user-submitted details.
Identity verification information: Veriff may process identity documents, facial images, and verification results; the precise data we receive and retain must be verified.
Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies, and usage information.
AI-related information: text and photographs submitted to AI-assisted profile-writing or photograph-evaluation tools.
Some information may reveal sexual orientation or sex life and may qualify as special-category personal data under UK or EU law.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts and profiles; enable profile search and discovery; verify identities; prevent fraud and abuse; provide AI features; secure and improve the platform; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations.

6. Identity Verification
We use Veriff for identity verification. Veriff may collect identity documents, facial images, and verification data.

AI-assisted features may process profile descriptions and photographs through third-party service providers.

Service providers include Supabase for infrastructure and authentication, Veriff for identity verification, and AI providers for assisted features. Other providers may support hosting, analytics, security, communication, or advertising.

Information may be processed outside the UK or European Economic Area, including in the United States.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal requirements.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing; they may withdraw consent where relevant and complain to a regulator. Requests may be sent to promise@magneticmatch.ai. We may verify identity before responding. Rights are subject to legal exceptions.

Users may request account and associated personal-data deletion at promise@magneticmatch.ai. We will evaluate and respond according to applicable law; some records may be retained where legally justified.
Users who accept compensation in exchange for submitting a complete profile agree to maintain that profile in its entirety, publicly visible and active on Magnetic Match, for a minimum of 90 days following receipt of compensation. The compensation offer made on Sunday, October 25, 2026 in the Orlando area is valid from Sunday, October 25, 2026 to Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Cookies and similar technologies may support login, security, functionality, analytics, and advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
15. Children’s Privacy
MagneticMatch is intended only for adults 18 and older. Individuals under 18 may not register. If we discover an underage account, we will take appropriate action to delete associated information, subject to applicable law.
16. UK and EU Residents
People in the UK and EEA may have additional GDPR rights and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk) or an appropriate EEA supervisory authority.

Certain US state laws provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and specific disclosures or uses.
